Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Sales Professional to join our team at Interstate Advanced Materials. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling machined parts, sheet, tube, and rod, as well as industrial plastics machining solutions and services to a wide range of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling industrial plastics products and services to customers in various industries
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Building relationships with customers and partners to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success in industrial or plastics sales
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel overnight as needed to maximize itinerary

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a full-time position that offers a base salary of $85,000 per year, plus an uncapped commission program, career growth opportunities, team atmosphere, sales and advanced material training, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, vacation, sick time, holiday pay, a generous 401(k) match, and a workplace you'll love.
