Multifamily Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our Multifamily Construction/Development Group. This role will report to the Project Manager and involve working with cost data, scheduling activities, and performing general engineering duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submittals, quantities/procurement, and general scheduling at the job site
  • Supervision of job engineers who assist the Project Engineer in his primary responsibilities
  • Scheduling of subcontractors
  • Liaison to field supervision including internal superintendents and foremen as well as those of subcontractors
  • Assist estimators and engineers with quantities and productions during the pursuit of work

Requirements:

  • BS in Civil Engineering or Construction related degree
  • Mid-Rise Construction a plus
  • Concrete experience a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
