As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overall planning and defining project scope for all subcontractors and employees, project resource allocation, project documentation, communication, and reporting. You will also be involved in cost estimating, budget development, quality control, and proactive management of changes in project scope.

Key qualifications for this position include more than 3 years of experience and knowledge of commercial, mixed-use, multifamily, ground-up, Type-III/Type-V, podium, and market-rate construction. You will also be responsible for overseeing project teams, ensuring projects are built on budget, on schedule, and on drawing specifications.

  • Knowledge of construction project management principles and practices
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
