Job Title: Construction Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Operations Manager to oversee our teams and projects in the greater Portland area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project resource allocation from internal and external resources.
  • Project documentation, communication, and reporting.
  • Cost estimating and budget development in collaboration with senior directors.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans if required.
  • Ongoing troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Oversee project team including Project Coordinators, Assistant Supers, and Project Engineers.
  • Ensure project is built on budget, on schedule, and on drawing specifications.
Requirements:
  • More than 5 years of experience and knowledge of multifamily, commercial, ground-up, Type-III/Type-V, podium, and market-rate construction.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
