Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in the initiation of new cases by gathering and organizing documents from clients.
  • Conduct interviews with clients, witnesses, and experts to collect essential information for case development.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, subpoenas, and discovery requests, under attorney supervision.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing electronic discovery processes and educate team members on effective eDiscovery practices.
  • Review and organize document productions from opposing parties, preparing materials for depositions using digital tools.
  • Facilitate the preparation of documents for discovery production, utilizing cloud services for efficient delivery.
  • Support trial preparation by organizing exhibits and creating demonstrative materials.
  • Communicate updates on case status to clients and manage the exchange of documents.
  • Assist attorneys during trials and evidentiary hearings.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
