We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to play a key role on our legal team in a law firm setting. As a Paralegal, you will work in a variety of areas of law with several attorneys, assisting lawyers in preparing legal documents and maintaining client records.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist lawyers in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, wills, trusts, subpoenas, contracts, and complaints.
  • Maintain client records and deadlines in their matters.
  • Work on a broad array of issues in various legal specialties, including real estate, litigation, and estate planning.

Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office skills are required.
  • Candidates with a paralegal professional certification or advanced paralegal education will be given preference.
  • At least 3 years of experience working for an attorney in a law firm setting is preferred.
  • Talented communicators and writers are encouraged to apply.
  • High-level organizational skills and time-management skills are necessary.
