Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing quality systems for one or more business units
  • Leading project teams across departments and/or cross-functional personnel located at multiple facilities within North America
  • Articulating, defending, and negotiating quality expectations with internal and external customers at all levels of management
  • Juggling multiple priorities and maintaining the proper balance between meeting business needs and managing available resources
  • Inspiring change where required
