Commercial Lines Team Director Opportunity

The Commercial Lines Team Director will play a pivotal role in managing the Commercial Lines department, fostering client partnerships, delivering premium solutions, and driving business growth through strategic initiatives.

The Commercial Lines Team Director Will:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling insurance products to existing clients, thereby enhancing revenue streams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to established quoting, binding, and service standards, continually evaluating opportunities to improve service quality.
  • Coordinate with insurance company representatives to facilitate premium production, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Effectively manage the workload of direct reports and contract staff, promoting a balanced and productive team environment.
  • Monitor production of all products and provide a consolidated report to the Supervisor on a monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure client satisfaction and policy accuracy.

Your Commercial Lines Team Director Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager, with a proven track record of success.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a strong ability to manage teams and drive results.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the team's workload effectively, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Insurance experience is required, with a strong understanding of industry practices and regulations.
  • Working hybrid schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • CA P&C license is a must.
