Position Summary:
The Logistics Operations Supervisor is tasked with overseeing and optimizing the operations of a designated area, department, or shift within the warehouse or distribution center. Essential Responsibilities:
The Logistics Operations Supervisor will:

  • Adapt to changing operational needs, including flexible work hours.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
  • A High School Diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution warehouse, ideally within the grocery sector.
  • Proven leadership experience managing a large team, including hiring and training.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to analyze problems, gather data, and draw conclusions.
Working Environment:
This position operates primarily within a Distribution Center, which may involve exposure to various environmental conditions, including temperature extremes and potential hazards. Proper safety protocols must be followed at all times.
