Job Summary

At Dresser Utility Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our production team at our 350,000 square foot manufacturing facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving improvement in critical Supply Chain objectives of EHS, On Time Delivery, Productivity, and Quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to drive improvement in critical Supply Chain objectives
  • Lead a team of production associates to achieve goals in asset utilization, process and manufacturing loss improvement, delivered quality, delivery, and cost reduction
  • Partner with procurement and planning to anticipate and resolve material shortages
  • Communicate and enforce company goals, policies, and procedures
  • Provide technical support and production troubleshooting and coordination of manufacturing releases
  • Drive and influence change and build a high-performing team
  • Administer and approve time and attendance for all employees in assigned work area
  • Lead development and delivery of synergy projects between both shifts
  • Determine manpower needs to meet facility measurement and budget goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability and willingness to ensure supervision of the facility (weekends and holidays, as required)
