Job Summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a skilled Laboratory Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our clinical laboratory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the work of laboratory staff to ensure efficient and effective utilization of resources.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and direct laboratory staff to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
* Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
* Conduct quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure accurate and reliable test results
* Collaborate with laboratory staff to resolve technical and operational issues

Requirements

* 4-6 years of experience as a medical technologist or equivalent in a clinical laboratory
* Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
* Comprehensive knowledge of laboratory operations and quality control procedures
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
