Key Responsibilities
Assist with general housekeeping and light maintenance of the work site and grounds.
Maintain restrooms, including cleaning, restocking toilet paper, soap, and paper towels, and ensuring proper disposal of waste.
Break down and dispose of cardboard using a cardboard baler.
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of trash properly.
Maintain clean floors through mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and floor scrubbing.
Dust shelves and products.
Replace light bulbs as needed.
Perform lawn mowing and snow removal tasks as required.
Requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
