Business Development Manager

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and customer relationships, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a challenging opportunity to grow their career. The successful candidate will be able to build great customer rapport, sustain key relationships, and deliver excellent customer service while providing new product introductions, restocking inventory, and ensuring products are delivered on time in the FMCG channel sales and brand ambassador.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing and new customer accounts in the food industry including wholesalers, supermarkets, restaurants, and distributors in the San Francisco CA Bay area.
- Build great customer rapport and sustain key relationships.
- Provide sales support, marketing productions, inventory, product delivery, etc.
- Represent the organization in sales and branding in the San Francisco CA community.
- Daily reporting and weekly sales meeting and updates for the region area.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalently related studies.
- At least 3 years of sales/account management experience, as well as strong customer service experience.
- At least 2 years in food service, FMCG, or food industry experience.
- Excellent communication, strong attention to details, organized, and great follow up and follow through.
- Mandarin fluency is required.
- Travel is required up to 50%
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
