The Opportunity:

We are on the lookout for a driven Strategic Business Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will analyze business workflows, pinpoint opportunities for enhancement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions. Your responsibilities will also include gathering and documenting requirements, conducting user training, and providing ongoing support to our Product & Technology division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage closely with stakeholders to comprehend their business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Evaluate and document current business processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and execute solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Facilitate user training and provide continuous support to ensure successful adoption of new processes, system integrations, and tools.
  • Assist product management with data analysis and dashboard development.
  • Contribute to the formulation of product roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
  • Stay informed about best practices and updates in tools to ensure efficient utilization of technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Aha, Tableau, and Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics and key performance indicators.
