Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven Strategic Business Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will analyze business workflows, pinpoint opportunities for enhancement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions. You will also gather and document requirements, conduct user training, and provide ongoing support to our Product & Technology division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to comprehend their business requirements and translate them into actionable functional specifications.
- Examine and document current business workflows while identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and execute solutions that fulfill business objectives.
- Facilitate user training and offer continuous support to ensure successful integration of new processes, system enhancements, and tools.
- Assist product management with data analysis and dashboard development.
- Contribute to the formulation of product roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
- Stay informed about best practices in tools and technologies to ensure efficient utilization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within the SaaS sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Aha, Tableau, and Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of SaaS metrics and key performance indicators.
