About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Panduit. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing strategies for our Data Center Intelligent Power Infrastructure portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps, collaborating with account management and marketing teams for seamless product launches.
  • Lead all stages of the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including business case development and global/regional launches.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for assigned products, including technical collateral and training for account management teams.
  • Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis, evaluating value propositions, competitive landscapes, market sizing, and pricing strategies.
  • Drive key business and operations planning initiatives, including pricing strategies, sales and operations planning (S&OP), forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding and addressing customer needs and inquiries effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field; Electrical Engineering degree preferred.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience within the data center or PDUs/UPS/Sensors infrastructure industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, specifically Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, drive incremental growth in existing product lines, and identify and pursue new market opportunities.
  • Ability to build understanding of market trends, competitive intelligence, financial data, and evolving customer needs.
  • Ability to travel 10-25% to Panduit, Customer, and Supplier locations.
