- Perform cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking shelves, to maintain a clean and attractive store environment.
- Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact politely and effectively with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
The physical demands of this role include standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally. The associate may be required to bend, stoop, twist, and turn frequently. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
