Job Description

Tommy's Express is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Equipment Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve technical issues via phone, email, or chat, utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage and track service requests through our ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, utilizing established procedures and protocols.
  • Stay up-to-date with equipment manuals and documentation to provide accurate solutions and recommendations.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or external resources as needed, ensuring seamless support to our customers.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical helpdesk environment or related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, network, and automotive systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple requests simultaneously.
