Your Role

As a Business Development Associate, you will collaborate closely with a senior agent to explore and secure new business opportunities. Your focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with both incoming and outgoing prospects, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service across various sectors.

  • Provide strategic insights and conduct thorough analysis to gather necessary information for new clients, ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
  • Drive agency revenue by identifying new business avenues, cultivating strong client relationships, and delivering personalized consultations.
  • Work alongside account managers to ensure a smooth and exceptional client experience from initiation to completion.
  • Establish and maintain professional connections with clients, insurance providers, and team members.
  • Engage in networking opportunities through industry events and community involvement.
  • Effectively present proposals to help clients navigate their coverage options.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products when suitable.
