If that means more workouts, personal training sessions and dedicating yourself to a fitness goal, GREAT. If that means more hydro massage, red light therapy and relaxing stretching sessions, GREAT. We got you We know that the goals of one member may be completely different than the goals of another member. But no matter what, we offer personal training programs, classes, equipment and amenities to help everyone that walks through our front doors. Over 40 locations in California

Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Fitness19 Brand by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Promote and sell club memberships both inside and outside the location.
  • Identify and connect with potential new members.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and current members.
  • Under the guidance of a General Manager and District Manager, Advisors must possess knowledge of and actively participate in all club services, programs, and products.
  • Contribute to maintaining a spotless facility by participating in team cleaning efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly.
  • Have a genuine passion for health and fitness.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Exhibit strong time management skills and practices.
  • Be flexible and willing to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • CPR certified (or obtain certification within 60 days of employment).
  • Light lifting of weights and equipment.
