Position Overview:
As an Assistant Culinary Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our culinary operations. This position involves overseeing various culinary functions and supporting the overall food program.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of food items.
2. Collaborate in menu planning and development.
3. Implement new culinary initiatives alongside the marketing and culinary teams.
4. Help manage cost controls and monitor expenditures.
5. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant culinary experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Experience in diverse food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, or healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of food trends, quality standards, sanitation, safety, and cost control.
- Proven leadership, training, and management skills.
- Certification in ServSafe or Department of Health is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- An Associate's degree in Culinary Arts is preferred.
