Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Production Assistant to join our team at Kositzka Wicks and Co. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing vital support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing various clerical tasks including typing, copying, and scanning important documents.
  • Managing client materials by logging and scanning them efficiently.
  • Handling requests for document retrieval from storage.
  • Maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, and unpacking deliveries.
  • Ensuring the kitchen is stocked and operational, including running the dishwasher.
  • Restocking copier stations and meeting rooms to ensure they are ready for use.
  • Monitoring and organizing the office's inbox and outbox.
  • Distributing incoming mail and managing shredding tasks.
  • Conducting occasional errands such as post office runs and bank deposits.
  • Troubleshooting issues with office equipment like copiers and printers.
  • Setting up meeting rooms for staff gatherings.
