Key Responsibilities:
- Performing various clerical tasks including typing, copying, and scanning important documents.
- Managing client materials by logging and scanning them efficiently.
- Handling requests for document retrieval from storage.
- Maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, and unpacking deliveries.
- Ensuring the kitchen is stocked and operational, including running the dishwasher.
- Restocking copier stations and meeting rooms to ensure they are ready for use.
- Monitoring and organizing the office's inbox and outbox.
- Distributing incoming mail and managing shredding tasks.
- Conducting occasional errands such as post office runs and bank deposits.
- Troubleshooting issues with office equipment like copiers and printers.
- Setting up meeting rooms for staff gatherings.
- Assisting with the handling and movement of office materials.
- Providing various forms of office support as needed.

Qualifications:

- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Occasional lifting of boxes and paperwork, up to 25 pounds.
