Position Overview

Work Schedule: This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, offering competitive remuneration and benefits, including health and dental coverage.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate pricing and place orders with external suppliers.
  • Engage with clients and relevant personnel regarding modifications to delivery timelines.
  • Assist walk-in customers and process small orders.
  • Handle payment processing for orders as necessary.
  • Prepare and deliver pricing quotations to clients.
  • Ensure the showroom and personal workspace are maintained in an orderly and tidy fashion.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  • Provide support to the external sales team.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and participate in product training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
  • Proficient computer skills are essential.
  • Prior experience in the construction and building supply sector or sales of related products is preferred.
