Key Responsibilities of the Sales Manager:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team through effective management principles.
  • Oversee the training, development, discipline, and evaluation of sales consultants and other staff members.
  • Enhance customer and owner satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales forecasts and gross profit projections.
  • Manage operations for both new and used vehicle sales.

Qualifications for the Sales Manager Position:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in automotive sales management.
  • Experience with VWHub and/or SubaruNet is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with DealerTrack is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required.

  • High Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Sales Volume
  • Long-term stability in previous employment
  • In-depth Product Knowledge
  • Experience in dealership operations
  • A hands-on approach to sales transactions.
