Position Summary:
In the role of Automotive Tag and Title Clerk, you will be tasked with the precise and timely management of all vehicle title and registration paperwork. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong commitment to customer service. This is a full-time, hourly administrative position within the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all vehicle title and registration documents in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation to the Department of Motor Vehicles for title transfers, renewals, and other registrations
- Verify the accuracy of information on documents, including vehicle identification numbers, owner names, and lienholder details
- Communicate effectively with customers and lenders to gather required paperwork and resolve any issues related to title and registration
- Maintain current knowledge of state and federal title and registration laws and regulations
- Assist with inventory management to ensure all titles are processed promptly
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in automotive title and registration or a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning new software systems
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with state and federal title and registration laws and regulations
- Must be authorized to work in the US and willing to undergo a pre-employment background check
