The role of Front Desk Coordinator is crucial and presents a unique opportunity within our organization.
As the first point of contact for visitors at the dealership, the ideal candidate should be dependable, punctual, and willing to work during evenings and weekends.
We are currently looking to fill part-time evening and weekend positions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls by answering, screening, and directing them appropriately.
• Support a fast-paced work environment.
• Welcome customers warmly and assist them upon arrival at the dealership.
• Guide visitors to the correct department or personnel.
• Utilize strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
• Ensure a seamless transition between customers and staff.
• Serve as a liaison among Managers, Sales Representatives, and Service Advisors.
Required Skills:
• Exceptional customer service mindset.
• Previous experience in a high-energy service environment is preferred.
• Positive demeanor to engage customers, swiftly assess their needs, and collaborate with the Sales team.
• High motivation to maintain excellent performance standards.
• Strong communication, writing, and grammar abilities.
• Proficiency in computer usage.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
Work Schedule:
We are looking to fill the following part-time shifts:
Weekdays:
Monday - Friday: 3:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Weekends:
Saturday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
Sunday: 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
The ideal candidate should be available to work alternating weekend shifts.
