We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at SERVPRO of Amarillo. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Recruit, train, and manage sales and marketing staff
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- 5+ years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience
- Proven track record of sales success and business growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
