Job Summary
NWYC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Leader to join our team. As a Field Sales Leader, you will be responsible for developing an outside B2B sales team, training, coaching, and personal production.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Build and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and training to ensure their success.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and revenue.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
What We Offer
- First-year potential: $70,000 - $120,000
- Long-term potential: $150,000
