Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Development Manager to join our team in Amarillo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on Ambipar's services, costs, and markets served to provide expert knowledge to customers.
- Attend industry conferences and trade shows to network and market our services.
- Provide regular sales and marketing reports to management, highlighting key opportunities and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with management staff to maintain customer documentation, training databases, and bids.
- Perform operational duties as needed and take on additional responsibilities as the company evolves.
Requirements:
- Four-year college degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in the industry, or 5+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a working understanding of Ambipar's services.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time, with occasional overnight trips.
