Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries using our CRM system
  • Send emails, texts, and respond to real-time requests in chat sessions from our website
  • Work with web-based applications to obtain pricing, product availability, and information
  • Follow specified tasks to secure appointments at our dealership showroom
  • Assist with lead generation by managing incoming email leads and setting appointments for vehicle demonstrations
  • Prepare email collateral for clients in anticipation of scheduled appointments
Qualifications
  • Prior sales or customer service experience is required
  • Previous automotive experience is preferred
  • A strong desire for a long-term position is essential
  • Personal integrity and a strong work ethic are necessary
  • Strong attention to detail and strategic thinking are required
  • Developing relationships with customers is crucial
  • Task-oriented individuals are preferred
