Learning and Development Program Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Program Manager to join our team at ASK Consulting LLC.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive training strategy, framework, and curriculum to enhance the skills of our IT Client Services staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategic training plan that addresses the current and future needs of the IT Client Services staff.
- Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to gather input, identify training needs, and ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.
- Develop the training program to support a diverse group of IT professionals, catering to various learning styles and backgrounds.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to develop and validate training content.
- Design training materials and delivery mechanisms, including online courses, workshops, hands-on labs, and self-paced learning modules.
- Develop and execute a communication plan to ensure all stakeholders are informed about learning opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support a variety of training stakeholders.
- Oversee the rollout and implementation of the training programs.
- Partner with the central L&D team to execute Client Services training initiatives.
- Establish metrics and feedback mechanisms to assess the impact of training initiatives.
