About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Talent Development to join our team at Alnylam. This is a critical role that will be responsible for creating, supporting, and executing our enterprise-wide career development programs, leadership enablement curricula, new hire orientation, performance management, and talent review processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global company-wide programs to support employee development and growth
  • Lead or support impactful virtual and in-classroom facilitation experiences for learners
  • Create digital asynchronous learning content to support employee learning and development
  • Execute end-to-end program management responsibilities to ensure successful program delivery
  • Research and stay up-to-date on the latest organizational L&D trends, technologies, and practices to inform program development and implementation
  • Identify continuous improvement and innovation opportunities in program content, delivery, and strategy
  • Lead content planning and marketing communications to create internal awareness and engagement with learning opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Expertise Areas, and senior leadership to develop and execute workshops, events, and marketing campaigns
  • Owning and cultivating relationships with external vendors and third-party learning partners
  • Maintain partnership with the Chief DE&I Officer and team to continuously evaluate and develop company-wide external and internal programming
  • Manage, analyze, and report metrics of learning and learner experience throughout the year
