Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and innovative Co-op, E-Learning and Talent Development, to join our growing Learning and Development team within Human Resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for introducing and managing our newly added Learning Management System (LMS) Module, working closely with the Learning and Development team to design, implement, launch, and track e-learning during the company-wide implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation, rollout, and management of the SuccessFactors LMS Module in partnership with the HRIS team and Learning and Development Team.
  • Build, assign, and track courses in the SuccessFactors LMS, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Monitor attendance, completion, and troubleshoot issues as needed, providing timely support to learners.
  • Contribute to training and courses launching in Q1 and Q2 2024, focusing on leadership development, compliance topics, leadership competencies, and new hire onboarding.
  • Create and distribute training resources for managers and employees on how to use the new LMS module, ensuring effective adoption.
  • Develop learning path landing pages for specific topics to better utilize e-learning, enhancing the overall learning experience.
  • Improve and ensure consistent LMS / Beam University branding across platforms, including the LMS Module, Chronus, SkillSoft, Internal Intranet, and Communications.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop training materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Research best practices and means to improve training for the system, driving continuous improvement.
  • Migrate e-Learning from other systems into the LMS with added text to customize language and branding, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Assist in managing L&D timelines and other HR projects as needed, providing support to the team.
Qualifications
  • Pursuing a Master's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Design Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, Graphic Design, or Human Resources.
  • Proficiency with software applications, strong technical foundation.
  • Experience in education, training, training design, graphic design, or human resources.
  • Proficiency in e-learning tools.
  • Passion for learning and development.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative on tasks.
  • Strong customer service and partnership etiquette.
  • Proficient interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
