Job Title: Architecture Counseling Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Architecture Counseling Services Coordinator. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional student services, including recruitment, admissions, and outreach efforts to increase diversity and inclusion in our Architecture programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and counsel prospective students about our Architecture programs, including undergraduate and graduate options.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to increase diversity and inclusion in our student body.
  • Collaborate with internal student services coordinators and University partners to increase exposure at events.
  • Provide statistical reports on recruitment efforts and admissions data to inform strategic planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Recruiting, Counseling, or a related field and three years of experience in similar counseling, admissions, or outreach activities.
  • Prior experience in a comparable academic setting and outreach to underserved communities.
  • Basic experience with Excel or Google Sheets and a desire to learn new applications.
