Job Summary

Ware Malcomb is seeking a highly experienced Director to join our senior leadership team in a key role that will drive growth, revenue, and profitability for our Seattle office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of work and team members for the studio, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to secure new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
  • Lead the development of proposals and contracts, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
  • Manage the group's organizational chart, project budget reports, and financial performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the firm's services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in architecture, with a strong track record of leadership and business development.
  • Proven experience in managing teams, developing business strategies, and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and develop business plans.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $165,000 per year, plus benefits. The final agreed-upon compensation will be based on individual qualifications, experience, and performance.
