Job Title: Architectural Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team at Socotec. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from proposal to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full scope of projects, including design, construction, and administration
  • Lead and direct the work of other team members, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Architectural registration and experience in project management
  • Strong technical knowledge of building design, construction, and management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software
