Position Overview:

Are you eager to leverage your engineering expertise to contribute to national defense initiatives? In this role, you will play a pivotal part in understanding client requirements and crafting tailored systems that meet their operational goals.

Your Role:

As a key member of our team, you will lead the design and implementation of mission systems for a Department of Defense (DoD) Command client. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing hardware installations and ensuring they align with mission objectives.
  • Coordinating transition efforts and managing the integration of mission systems into new facilities.
  • Developing a comprehensive plan that synchronizes with overall project timelines.

Your technical acumen and strategic vision will be essential in driving the success of our missions.


Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in initiating and managing hardware installations across multiple stakeholders.
  • A track record of developing strategies for seamless transitions into new operational environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of DoD regulations and compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with network hardware and server systems.
  • Strong negotiation skills to address complex technical challenges.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate large-scale projects effectively.
  • Collaboration skills to work with various departments for integrated solutions.
  • TS/SCI clearance and a high school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not mandatory, the following will enhance your candidacy:

  • Experience collaborating with external organizations to optimize resource access and scheduling.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and risk assessment.
  • Leadership experience in guiding technical teams and fostering professional development.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for classified information access; TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
