Advanced Manufacturing Technology Program Coordinator

The Connecticut State Community College is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Advanced Manufacturing Technology Coordinator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students and contribute to the success of our institution.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit and support students in the Advanced Manufacturing Technology program, ensuring their academic and career success.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain students.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to provide academic and career guidance to students.
- Design and implement programs to support student retention and success.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and one year of experience in student recruitment and retention.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively to solve problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with diverse populations and ability to provide culturally sensitive services.
- Experience in academic advising or case management.
- Knowledge of community college environment and student population.
$39.44 hourly.
