As a Sales Development Representative at Jackson Hogg, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is passionate about technology and eager to contribute to a high-performing sales team. Key responsibilities include:

Prospecting and Lead Generation
  • Identify potential clients through research and networking, both within existing industries and prospecting into new markets.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and prioritize leads, recording activities for future contacts.
Client Engagement
  • Initiate contact with prospects through calls, emails, and networking events, assisting with setting up presentations and demonstrations to showcase solutions.
Sales Support
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and quotes, attending presentations when strategically beneficial.
Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Market Intelligence
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, providing feedback to management on customer needs and market opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Resilient and persistent with a positive attitude.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and communicate technical information related to process diagnostics.
  • Experience in Oil and Gas Industry is a strong benefit.
