PruittHealth is seeking a skilled Community Referral Specialist to join our team. As a Community Referral Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining relationships with community partners to increase referrals to our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement referral strategies to increase community referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, including healthcare providers, social services, and other organizations
- Provide education and support to community partners on PruittHealth services and programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless referral process
- Monitor and analyze referral data to inform strategies and improve outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or marketing
- 2+ years of experience in referral development, community outreach, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
