Regional Development Specialist

At DPR Construction, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our People Practices group, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of employee development processes across the region. This includes facilitating training, ensuring successful regional implementation of the national onboarding process, and providing project support. You will also lead the implementation of Building Great Teams and follow up on outcomes across the region. Additionally, you will have a general understanding of the benefits offered to employees and be able to point them to the right resources for help.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate training and development programs for employees, peer groups, and teams
• Implement Building Great Teams and track outcomes
• Ensure successful regional implementation of the national onboarding process
• Provide project support and lead the implementation of employee development processes
• Have a general understanding of the benefits offered to employees and be able to point them to the right resources for help

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or related work experience in Operations, HR, Coaching, L&D, Customer Service
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Operations, HR, Coaching, L&D, Customer Service, etc.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel within the region to visit jobsites and offices
