Job Summary

Maintain a high standard of overall store appearance by ensuring cleanliness and recovery standards are met. Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding products and providing a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and dispose of trash according to approved procedures.
  • Dust and damp mop floors following approved procedures.
  • Move equipment and products for cleaning and restocking.
  • Clean assigned areas using assigned materials and equipment.
  • Deep clean key areas, including bathrooms, breakrooms, and high-traffic areas.
  • Keep cleaning equipment organized and notify supervisor of supply needs.
  • Seek out areas requiring cleaning and take initiative to complete tasks.
  • Complete all assigned tasks by supervisor.
  • Perform tasks in accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines.
  • Maintain positive interactions with team members and customers.
  • Project a positive image and serve as a role model.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience.
  • Engage customers on benefits of rewards programs and private label credit cards.
  • Assist with omnichannel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.
  • Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
  • Support shrink and safety programs.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Company programs.
Preferred Qualifications

Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Work Environment
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods.
  • Ability to move throughout the store.
  • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves.
  • Public retail store setting with climate-controlled areas.
