Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide world-class customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge by staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment by working collaboratively with colleagues, maintaining a clean and organized store, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Participate in store events and promotions, including sales, product launches, and community events.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Able to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment.
  • One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
