Phlebotomy Specialist

At InterSources, we are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist II to join our team. As a Phlebotomist II, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our patient service centers and in-office phlebotomy locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect high-quality blood samples from patients in a safe and accurate manner.
- Prepare specimens for lab testing while following established procedures and protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, clients, and colleagues.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining a safe and professional environment.
- Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
- Minimum two years of experience in a patient service center environment.
- Customer service experience in a retail or service environment.
- Keyboard/data entry experience.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred, required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
