About the Role

The Staff Accountant is a key member of the Finance team at LOGS Legal Group LLP, responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, reconciliations, and other financial reports. This role requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Perform account reconciliations, including bank and credit card statements
  • Assist with the preparation of audit work papers and respond to auditor inquiries
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting
  • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
