About the Role

We are an award-winning federal contractor dedicated to partnering with clients to advance clean energy and deliver effective solutions for complex challenges in the nuclear and environmental fields.

Key Responsibilities
  • Upload incoming correspondence records into the Electronic Records Management System (ERMS) and complete all data entry for each record.
  • Assist Admins in uploading outgoing correspondence records into the ERMS and complete all data entry for each record.
  • Assist with properly scheduling and uploading digital records into the ERMS and complete all data entry for each record.
  • Assist with properly scheduling legacy records into the ERMS and complete all data entry for each record.
  • Assist with rescheduling correspondence records in the Mail and Records Center (M&RC).
Requirements

Candidate should have experience in one of the following categories:

  • Business Specialist - Bachelor's Degree with five years of experience OR 10 years of relevant business experience. (Preferred experience with records.)
  • Information and Records Management Specialist - Bachelor's Degree and five years of demonstrated knowledge and experience in federal records management and two years of experience directly related to responding to Privacy Act (PA) and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests OR 10 years of relevant experience.

Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearances requirements, US citizenship is required.
