  • Cost Optimization: Drive cost evaluation and optimization to improve SG&A as a % of sales to 17%.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Finance leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of financial statement ownership and commercial success.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse and growing team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a CPA. CFA and other accreditations are a positive.
  • International Exposure: International exposure strongly recommended.
