Market Chief Human Resources Officer Role

The Market Chief Human Resources Officer serves as a strategic advisor to the hospital and group leadership team, providing high-quality consultancy on a diverse range of HR issues. This role is responsible for ensuring the implementation and application of HR processes, systems, policies, and programs, as well as leading the escalation and resolution of employee relation matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to hospital and group leadership teams
  • Develop and implement HR processes, systems, policies, and programs
  • Lead the escalation and resolution of employee relation matters
  • Act as the key liaison for HR service delivery, ensuring the provision of human resource services and solutions in areas such as talent management, total rewards, talent acquisition and deployment, learning, employee relations, organization design, and restructuring
  • Oversight and governance of group and hospital HR processes, systems, and policies
