Job Title: Land Coordinator

Permian Resources, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Land Coordinator to join our team in Midland, TX. This role will be responsible for all aspects of land work within their designated area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of various contracts and exhibits, including JOA's, Communitization Agreements, and Designation of Pooled Units.
  • Prepare initial and subsequent Joint Interest Billing information for land administration and accounting.
  • Initiate the routing of AFE's and track working interest owner ballots for all new horizontal wells, P&A's, workovers, etc.
  • Prepare and mail well proposals for drilling, workovers, recompletions, etc.
  • Assist in maintaining organized company records.
  • Perform land ownership research using various digital sources both internal and external.
  • Interface with WI owners and other royalty owners.
  • Assist in technical analysis of various oil and gas leases and contracts.
  • Track and monitor internal documents and processes.
  • Provide land support and information critical to ongoing development of properties.
  • Assist with Commingling Notices, Rental Payments & sending all required documentation to the NM State Land Office, Bureau of Land Management, OCD and County for approvals and/or recording.
Requirements:
  • Minimum five (5) years of industry experience in land or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel Programs required.
  • Experience working within Land systems and applications such as: SAP, Quorum, Drilling Info, ExecuteAFE.
  • In-house experience with a Permian Operator preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and flexible regarding workload and priorities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced organization and multi-task various projects.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
