Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for partnering with recruiters and business managers to support the entire recruiting process. This role involves leveraging technology and data to source talent, recruit, and screen applicants for various positions in the diesel technology and heavy equipment fields. Other recruitment efforts for general roles will be required as business needs dictate.
Key Responsibilities:
Supports college, vocational technology programs, and high school talent pipeline initiatives.
Researches, schedules, and attends career fairs.
Performs and participates in initial phone screening, reference checks, and interviews.
Assists recruiters with maintaining the applicant tracking system and updating online job boards and in-house electronic job boards.
Conducts regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Uses current sourcing trends, techniques, tools, and technologies to build candidate pipelines and manage the candidate experience throughout the sourcing process for active and future requisitions.
Serves as a brand ambassador for Warren CAT at various recruitment functions such as job fairs, career expos, and professional conferences.
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree from an accredited college/university preferred.
Demonstrated experience in and knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) requirements.
Minimum of 1 year of recruiting, human resources, or similar experience desired.
Demonstrated work experience and proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
Applicants must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without need for company sponsorship.
Inquisitive with a demonstrated passion for learning and process improvement.
A creative and gifted communicator with the ability to become a strong ambassador for the company.
Possesses strong analytic skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
